No-Bake Cheesecake with Pie Crust Wolfem

uncooked pie crust (purchased or see recipe below)
cheesecake Filling (see recipe below)
fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries are the BEST!)

No-Bake Cheesecake Filling
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese (at room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.  Beat until fluffy.  Chill for 30 minutes (or not!)

My favorite pie crust recipe:
6 1/2 cups flour
2 cups shortning
1 Tablespoon salt
Mix together with fork.   In separate bowl add 1/4 cup cold water, 1 Tablespoon vinegar and 1 egg.  Beat until mixed together.  Add 2 1/2 cups of the flour mixture with the egg/water/vinegar mixture.  Stir until mixed.  This is the BEST pie crust you will EVER taste!
