Gluten Free Biscuit Dough
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 1⁄3 cups cornstarch
- 1 1⁄4 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup milk (can be soy)
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
Takes , serves 8 people.
- In medium bowl, blend all dry ingredients.
- Cut in the butter.
- Add milk and vinegar.
- Mix together well. Dough will be soft.
