Gluten Free Biscuit Dough Recipe

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • 13 cups cornstarch
  • 14 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 34 cup milk (can be soy)
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar

In medium bowl, blend all dry ingredients, cut in the butter.  Add milk and vinegar.  Mix together well.  Dough will be soft.  Makes 6-8 biscuits depending on size.
