Popcicle in a Bowl

1 small box orange gelatin

1 small box instant vanilla pudding

1 cup boiling water

8 oz whipped topping

11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained, reserve a few for garnish

11 oz can crushed pineapple, without juice

1 cup mini marshmallows, reserve a few for garnish

In a large bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water.  Mix until dissolved.  Add cold water.  Chill for 20 minutes.  Whisk in pudding mix until smooth.  chill for 20 more minutes.  Fold in whipped topping, oranges, pineapple and marshmallows.  chill until set, about 1 hour.  Garnish with extra oranges and marshmallows.
