8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 T Italian seasoning
1/4 cup red peppers, roasted and diced
1 head iceburg lettuce
12 slices Provolone cheese
12 slices ham
1 pack pepperoni
2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
Combine cream cheese, banana peppers, red peppers and Italian seasoning.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on the inside of a cooked Wolf'em cup. On top of a single leaf of lettuce, layer a slice of cheese, ham, pepperoni and tomato. Roll the lettuce leaf with the additional ingredients.
Place the lettuce/cheese/meat/tomato roll inside the cooked Wolf'em cup and "wolf it down!"
