- 3 pounds rump roast
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 can gingerale
- 2 cups water
- small red onion, sliced
- Swiss Cheese, sliced

- Brown roast in oven broiler or on grill. Place roast in crock pot. Add beef bouillon, soup mix, and ginger ale and 2 cups water. Cook on low for 4-6 hours until beef is tender pulls apart easily.
- Prepare Wolf'em cups and fill with beef mixture. Top with red onion slices and Swiss cheese. Serve and enjoy!
